Guided Meditations

Guided Meditations like “Five Senses Awareness Meditation” and “Nature Mindfulness Meditation” are a couple of special meditations among a variety of Meditations we teach at Soulfull Yoga in group as well as private to interested Students and Clients. It is perfectly suited for beginners as well.

Calming the monkey mind is just as hard as controlling the wind, as warrior Arjuna put across to Lord Krishna in Mahabharata. So, we help the students/clients with techniques and special methods to calm the mind and take them into a zone of total peace, stillness and silence through Guided Meditations.
