Yoga Classes

At Soufull Yoga we teach Hatha Yoga with both the pace of Yin and Dynamic Yoga. Classes are curated and designed to suit the student in a way which is specific yet caters to the entire group.

The classes focus on Movement, Stretching, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Awareness and Meditation. The physical part of strengthening and mobility is covered in as much depth as the Breathwork, Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy-Physiology. Yoga is not just of the body and mind, but has to chanelize energy body and directs the Soul to Spiritual progression. 

A holistic Hatha yoga class at Soulfull Yoga – gently unites breath, movement, and awareness. Through mindful postures, conscious breathing, and deep relaxation, it nurtures strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Each session restores harmony to body and mind, leaving you centered, calm, and rejuvenated.

 Asana (Postures)
Physical postures that build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while improving alignment and overall vitality.

Pranayama (Breathwork)
Conscious breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, increase lung capacity, and cultivate calm, focused energy.

Mindfulness
Developing present-moment awareness through intentional movement and breath, enhancing clarity, emotional balance, and inner connection.

Meditation
Guided or silent practices that quiet the mind, deepen self-awareness, and create a state of lasting peace and mental stability.
